    In the sound of your voice, I could tell that you we very passionate about this vlog. It didn’t realize how complex it was in choosing the right food to provide energy. Could you take supplements or energy drinks to help to get energy? Or would you advise somebody eat/drink less processed items, in order to absorb all the natural energy? What would you say is to much bacteria in your body. With all the knowledge that you still have swimming in your mind, would you ever have a side job being somebody’s personal Dietitian?     I'm interested why not organic foods? Is there a video on your thoughts on organic foods?
  • Nuts seeds and berries is my main diet ( not crazy about veggies) still eating meat
  • LOL i dont like sauerkraut either. My every day fermented foods are only tempeh and kimchi. I don't consume dairy n don't like soy/oat-based yoghurts

    A doctor on here said fruits is not a good choice because they have sugar and carbs
