David and Dean, i have to agree with you both. I'd love to have taken most of the photos and would be proud of them, the person taking the photo has been patient and has a good eye. But the photos seem to reflect or suffer from a 'where "street photography" is today? question. Deepdown, I think most "street photographers" want to take photos with people in them, where the person is the main point of interest and "the street", if you like, is secondary, but the world today conspires against this, so we are left to take photos of peoples' backs, and / or with some slightly clever use of shadow, with or without a distant person in the frame. So there are common types of photos we see regularly such as those I refer to and hence it can be, well, a bit repetitive. I don't pretend to know what the answer is.
