  • Thanks for the video. For reversing, it's not recommended to manually switch the speed back to reverse. Its much better just to steer the motor backwards with the remote. It will be more powerful. If your outboard is not straight in the back, it will make it really hard for your boat to go straight.

You will want to place the GPS unit to point out the back of the motor. Two reasons the signal will be better and the power cords to the motor will interfere with the signal as well. Also if you plan on using the auto pilot or not sure what they call the feature. It will run you backwards when its at the back of the boat. It will work but if you have wind it will have to work harder. Also not much point of the unit if your just sitting next to it. Really designed to be used up front. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBlg_ilG0uc&t=2246s

Cool system but I would HATE the beeper all the time. I would have to look into cutting that thing down or off
  • I tried using a Ninjabike, Sentry, Bliss Holster, Decisive gloves, pistol build against you and it completely failed. Oh well! The build was a cool idea I got from RebelGirlAshley. When we played on PlayStation Last Stand long time ago.
  • So I'm completely clueless about all that but why the need for a gps sensor?
