I reach that flow state when my surroundings are tidy and I’ve made a list of things to do, or things on my mind. Then these things aren’t distracting me/I’m not wasting time looking for what I need. When I reach for something I know where it is and I can focus. The list helps to keep my thoughts clear and I can concentrate with out getting thrown off track by thoughts that aren’t in line with my goal!
