Been down that route many many times going 82 to Lubbock. There is a Cracker Barrel there in Sherman that is a common rest stop during the trip

Used to deliver cranberry or grape juice(tanker) to Ocean Spray in Sulphur Springs. JB Weld company is right next to them. Suprised that JB Weld is a very small operation.

I remember those 100+ degree days when I lived in Wichita Falls and it got hot every day during the summer.......but it was "dry" heat. lol I wonder if they still have those bike races in August called Hotter 'n Hell 100....20K bikes in town for a week and all kind of races going on but everyone had a good time. They brought in the money even from overseas. :)🚲🚲
