This past summer when I was in the USA on vacation, we ended up in a location where a couple from the USA. They asked us what our opinions were of Trump. I avoided the question, but that has been pressed further, telling me that my avoidance was a definite answer. He pressed further, so I said a simple statement along the lines of, a lot of us don’t understand his reasoning and the lies that he tells. At this point, the wife got belligerent with me and I said they’re in awkward silence for the rest of the 10 minutes that I was in the room with them. The only reason why am writing this up, is that it was actually quite scary. For the rest of the vacation, whenever an American would ask us what we thought about Trump, which happened quite often, we just kept her mouth shut and with smile and change the subject. All that I can say, is that from an outsiders point of view, it’s actually quite scary what’s going on in your country right now.

The republican credo: Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty. Be a mob and then point and say "Mob! Mob! Run for your lives!"

I wonder what Ted privately says about Trump to his wife every day. How can he even come back after what Trump said about his wife? To even accept Trump's help on the campaign trail, he's gotta swallow a lot.
