To hell with all the people saying that this could be you or your family. Every one of these hard core addicts have lied to, stolen from and burned more people than you can imagine. Good people do not end up like this because good people don’t sh*t on literally everyone around them.

Tnx4d update of what's happening in Kensington Ave Philadelphia. So sad to see homeless addicts on the side walks. They are helpless and in miserable condition. Drugs destroyed their precious lives. Hope they can still recover and start a new life. Watching from DUBAI 👀

The city should at least house these people in a tent city with clean water and beds to lie on somewhere away from the center of town. Counselors to help with mental and physical health and drug treatment programs and bible classes for those that want to attend. Wash facilities and clean clothing for all. Three meals a day with two of them hot well rounded with juices. If this Government can send billions to Ukraine, this Government surely can help these lost souls who seek help. These people are knocking on death's door. What's next stepping over dead bodies rotting in the sun? Something must be done to reverse this trend of hopelessness.
