Which country, in your opinion, is the most economically free? Let us know in the comments below!
  • You need to spend some time outside of the US to really see what is going on in the US. We are raised with such nationalistic pride that most people won't listen to facts like these. But, when you leave and come back you can see things for what they are.
  • Being from Eastern Europe and a former communist country, everything I thought I knew about the US turned out to be wrong.
  • @Ataraxia_Atom
I really think the US has become complacent, while other countries are hungry. It's a natural cycle that Ray dalio talks about in his book.
  • @Medhead101
I'm from Ireland and despite the so called economic freedom we have, the country has experienced one of the most prolonged lockdown/restriction measures in the world and the people here are extremely compliant and quite collectivistic so I don't expect too much freedom in the future. These economic freedom index measures tend to be misleading in these respects

Spot on Andrew. The Economist 'intelligence unit' still has my old home town Melbourne in the top ten in the liveability index. Melbourne the most locked down city in the world. I also don't buy Australia & NZs high economic freedom rating. The Oz economy is horribly distorted by meddling politicians doing everything in their power to keep house prices rising. Investment should be going into more productive sectors of the economy. A true level playing field with minimal government interferrence would enhance economic freedom IMO.
  • Thank you for your video's/service. It encourages me to keep plugging! Enjoy your day 😊 sir!

I love this comment " Do you think Australia is top? ...No because a country in which a packet of cigarettes costs 1000$ is not the free"😂😂😂👌👌👌👍👍

It’s interesting to see how many Americans 🇺🇸 are living abroad, moving abroad , or considering it
  • @xOddHope
I live on the border with matamoros Mexico and I can see how their economy is evolving while ours here is stagnating. Hopefully Mexico can secure itself in order to adequately support their economy!

Thank you for speaking about America's Economic freedom. The people die because of a lack of knowledge. America continues to be its own worst enemy 😒 by the continued misapplication of the income tax laws created by Congress.
  • @opencarry3860
The US has its problems, but I will stay in Idaho. This is the only place I know that I have freedom of movement and the ability to exercise the right to open carry wherever I go. I also like the fact we have one of the strongest Black (free) Markets in the country.

Andrew is SO right! Individual results are like individual polls; they don't tell us much. Trends are what you really need to pay attention to.
