Installing a Yakima rack onto my 2017 Bolt LT. These Yakima parts have been around a while and you can usually find them used on Facebook Marketplace or craigslist like I did.

Parts used:
Yakima Skyline Towers (2 pairs)
Yakima Jetstream bars 60" (2). 50" will also work if you want a narrower rack.
Yakima Landing Pad #7 (2 pairs)
