Expensive, intense and shockingly fast: the McLaren 765LT is no friendly supercar. Chris Harris is kept on his toes by this 750bhp track special with monster racing pedigree that's capable of speeds over 200mph. Definitely too fast for the road - but is it a fair contest when up against the Aston Martin V8 Vantage F1 Edition and the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm in a Top Gear drag race?

  • Don't care how old reviews of this car are, if it's Chris Harris, it's an automatic instant watch! šŸ‘€
  • @andrerenault
People can say what they want about Top Gear after the departure of the "classic" trio, Chris Harris is great to watch.
  • @MarkoTiano
This machine has been getting some bad reviews from " some" but i think the car looks absolutely badass...and it looks like it drives like a total dragon.
  • @Seventh7Art
Dyno results suggest that the name of this model should have been 865LT since this car makes 850-870 break horsepower, depending on octane numbers...
  • @sarnieken
Chris Harris is the only thing worth watching from TG since ā€˜The 3ā€™ left. You can tell he really likes cars, it isnā€™t forced humour with a folksy accent. Just a great driver who can present well.
  • @2fast2nick
The 765LT is next level, that thing is a spaceship
  • @MrNick-ic8rt
Tbh, I'm more impressed by the GTA that managed to beat a coupe with 2 more cylinders and 1.1L more of displacement

Finally Chris Harris is back on YouTube. Iā€™m in America so itā€™s impossible for me to watch Top Gear. The real Top Gear lol. He does the best most honest and insightful reviews on cars. Hands down the best to me.
  • @CruiseControl1
Chris you are the man, I would love just one track day in the 765LT.
  • @MravacKid
Alfa Romeo is back in resplendent, thunderous style :)

  • @Tomis13789
Havenā€™t watched top gear in a few years but these two seem to be a good fit Iā€™d be interested if they could pull off some classic challenge formats like the good ol days
  • The heat coming out of the back of that thing makes it look like a fighter jet!
  • @voufogates
Man!!! I was expecting thr Alfa Romeo to be beaten but wowooow the way the Aston was trashed.......That is a fast car!!!!
  • @UrbanBDKNY
I said before the 765LT came out that it might be the most important car McLaren has released since the original McLaren F1 and the P1 This car will only go up in importance and value over time when people realize how special it truly is. The Senna will probably lose some of its importance to this car Cars no longer let you feel that raw ā€œyou are in control and on the edgeā€ of crashing if you donā€™t manage it right feel this car still has Itā€™s a hyper car for the price of a super car You donā€™t need to spec this at 400 grand like the one he drove. Brook from Dragtimes has a very low spec 765LT and still destroys
