Kevin Cooper escaped from Chino once already back in 1983. That's how he ended up on Death Row at San Quentin.

Impressive Mayor, aware and willing to speak up on behalf of the community. While Taxpayers money is unaccounted for, the citizens are still entitled to safety in their community.

If we the people don't stand up, the State will ramrod us.

Reason #1,001 why this so-called gov is a threat to all law-abiding citizens.
  • I had physical therapy across the street from that prison. I’ve been in that area many times all my life. I’ve heard many stories about inmates who have escaped and the crimes they committed. It’s pretty terrifying to think about.

It’s a level one prison but the C yard at the rear of the property nearest Euclid Ave. is more modern with an electric fence and guard towers! Still why CIM and not another facility that’s already a level 4?
