Fallout 4 is the latest classical rpg experience released by Bethesda and Todd Howard. It is set in the Fallout Universe a world where nukes dropped and bottlecaps became the leading currency. In this world the player can use anything at their disposal to defeat the many enemies you will face on your adventure. For that reason its important to equip your character with the best weapons you can find. But what if instead we saw if our legendary hero can beat fallout unarmed only challenge buy using just their fists and bare hands in fallout 4 well and the other unarmed weapons! The unarmed builds of normal games are usually powerful however are limited unless you exploit and break the game. But what if instead of the unarmed build being the worst in the game the Spiffing brit uses some Fallout 4 Exploits to make the unarmed damage the strongest most overpowered weapon in fallout 4! Anyway today we are discovering that Fallout 4 is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits well excluding the Worst build.

What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold. If you enjoyed this then be sure to check out more. The style is similar to RT game and callmekevin in parts. A large influence on this series has come from Valefisk and The Killian Experience.

So sit back relax and enjoy this Can You Beat Fallout 4 challenge!

Can't believe you made Chuck Chorris instead of Smackie Chan.
  • @Balevolt
I'm pretty sure if you are under the effects of Yao Gui roast then level up in a melee perk it Borks your base value to the raised value. Otherwise I have no idea how I had combat knives that had a 976 base damage.

"I just got a legendary weapon that freezes people when I block." "I need to fight Swan, but he keeps killing me." Doesn't block once.
  • For anyone curious the quick start mod he’s using is called “start me up” it typically breaks when you choose “near vault 111” it is on xbox and works with full dialogue interface the official silent protagonist mod does not work

Spiff: “Today we’re going to be doing an unarmed one punch build” Also Spiff: Immediately straps a knife to brass knuckles

The perk that lets you leap in VATS (Agility 9) plus Rooted is actually the way to do this, because your character counts as standing perfectly still when actually making the strike, so you get Rooted + the bonus damage for leaping.

This is the most Russian tutorial I've seen, "drink vodka, punch bear, repeat"

Since Bethesda games rank about as highly in the "mod-friendly" tier list as they possibly can, I would argue that this is, in fact, exactly as Todd Howard intended. He foresaw all the mods you used and decided they would be perfect additions that he didn't really need to bother making himself.

Hey spiff! I found a fun perk combination that works amazing with any melee build. So the rooted perk (str 9 req) gives you a bonus to damage reduction and melee damage dealt of 25%, and then there's the Blitz perk (agi 9 req) which lets you teleport to your targets from farther away in V.A.T.S! There's an interesting thing that happens with this, since the game reads all melee vats as stationary attacks so you get your rooted bonuses. Since you can reach farther in melee vats, you can sneak in the shadows before VATS teleporting to your lovely test subjects to keep your rooted damage buff, and get your melee sneak damage as well. So now you want the ninja perk (agi 7 req) to start getting crazier sneak damage multipliers. Before long, you will just crouch teleport through entire buildings, one shotting anything that dare stand, in a vague approximation of, in the way.
  • Combat bug tip: if you change perspective from first person to third or third person to first the moment a melee attack lands the damage will be dealt but the animation will immediately stop allowing you to attack again without the follow through and can even work to cancel a stagger effectively making you both the unstoppable force and the immovable object
  • *promises to kill a legendary mythical deathclaw in one hit, using only melee* *is immediately yeeted destroyed and sent into space faster than apollo 13* 100% perfectly balanced. XD

Using your resto loop in Skyrim made me boop Alduin's nose to watch him die instantly. Good stuff.

His perspective: saitama himself Deathclaw's perspective: hobo trying to just punch him
