The Audi S4 with its supercharged V6 was a ton of fun to drive. With a loud supercharger whine it had tons of character, a peppy powerband, and a great aftermarket. Throtl has built what I would call the perfect daily driver as their giveaway car - and it is a great example of truly transforming a German car into the absolutely perfect tuner car daily combination. I bought my B9 S4 back in August to replace my B8.5 Rs5. While I miss my Rs5, the S4 with an 034 Stage 1 ECU & TCU tune and an intake is so much more fun, nimble, practical, technologically advanced, and refined. A tune really wakes these cars up, and I'm glad that one was finally reviewed here.

The supercharged V6 is undeniably the better engine. Leased a 2018 B9 S4 and own a 2013 A6 3.0T. It is so much more responsive and smoother.

Personally I think the storage box gives it a mecha vibe...like a Gundam car, lol. That said I have a roof mounted bike rack that stays there for months at a time as it is a whole time suck to mount and line up.

I like the b9 a lot, but I love the supercharger in my b8.5 and the character of the car my is a 2014, I would buy another cars but my b8.5 I'll keep it as my classic when I get another car

My grandpa bought a brand new 5000S Turbo back in 1985. I wish I would've been old enough to inherit it. No, the car didn't kill him.

Dang man, wish you had reviewed mine but I think you got too busy. I hit you up about mine about a year back, since mine ran 10.95 stock turbo on E85. Cool to see you finally reviewed one though! Maybe one day you can review one of my cars

Imo even tho it isn’t faster I feel like the supercharger had more character and some of them being manual made them even more engaging honestly which I love

B5 S4 is the fox body mustang of the audi world in my opinion. I love mine and wouldnt trade it for any other s4. 2016 is the last s4 model id get... last yr of manual. It might be slower red light to red light, but for me its more fun. A few grand. Around 3 or 4k from my research, and the 333hp is 498hp. Very nice. Going new id have to switch to either m3 or amg c45/63.

i have a b8.5 s5 making around 460 - 480 right now. always wondered how the b9's felt with the turbo ! definately think they are slept on a bit
