I once commented negatively about separating the fact and flying videos. I was wrong. This is a perfect demonstration of why they are better as independent views. Thanks for this, Professor Cessna. 😉

Oh man, I feel for that poor guy walking up to Marc still thinking "Well, I know something about rivits on Cessnas"😁

Mark, Your videos are absolutely outstanding. I purchased 1979 TR182 about 4 years ago and whenever I have another pilot join me, I make sure they watch your Videos prior to flight. Both this one and your Turbo Normalizing vs. Turbo Charging one. Thank you for taking the time to do these. I hope to make it out to your airport some day.

I think these 540 powered turbos (also the fixed gear) are the best 182s that Cessna ever made. 250lb more useful load than new ones and sea level power up high. I want a fixed gear so badly
  • @chennemeyer
Wow, that's a plethora of knowledge, you're like an encyclopedia, great videos, as always

I LOVE the deep dives, Mark, thank you AGAIN for another great video explaining and answering all the questions we all have, but haven't had the chance to ask anyone who ACTUALLY knew! Cheers!

I think you need to get some T-shirts printed with the Skywagons Logo on them! I'd buy one! Great video. I used to think i knew a thing or two about Cessna's before you came along. Have you had a 210 around the pattern yet?

Mark, thank you for having this channel. Yes, I am a subscriber! Well, I have to say, I love the airplane talk and all the details, I have to mention that the production aspect of the videos continues to evolve and get better. You guys are entertaining and informative. The b- shots and funny stuff, the flight video being separate from the plane talk (great way to get more vids on YT), the great photography from your videographer (btw he should get some air time 😝). One last thing I’ll say, I believe the symphonic introduction music should remain a “trademark” in your videos. I missed it in this particular video! Gotta love those horn riffs! Thank you and your team for continuing to make great content. Keep the horns!

another slick new intro segment. pretty cool. and of course the breakdown of 182RGs is fantastic. (heh, the guy being left in the tank if it needed bucking)

Mark, you start cranking these vids out almost weekly! Love it! Besides being very educational you do have a very entertaining screen presence, only a brit can have. It's almost like whatching "Top Gear" for planes... call it "Top Wing"?. How about 3 guys ferry three planes x-country, with a handicap? , anyway keep them coming . Loved the winebarrel table video too.
  • @SkylaneGuy
Fun fact, Lycoming never made a TO-540. The turbo system on the ‘78-‘86 182s is a Cessna design.
  • @boatnic
    Mark, your videos are excellent.

Another great video. Keep them coming. Thanks.

I took notes, but now I’m not sure why. Another excellent video
