Rachel seems so pleasant and down to earth compared to her on-air persona at ESPN. I wish her luck in her career. She didn't deserve all that nonsense.

Rachel worked hard, was fair and actually respected NBA players and utilized them, played HER role, and knew her role as the TV personality and not a former player, coach, etc. Just seeing how much Malike Andrew's is dropping the ball is a testament to how good Rachel was. Sometimes you don't know a good thing until it's gone and here's a prime example of that.
