    I haven’t read or heard of people criticizing the breakdancing competitions, but I was so excited to see this category, as well as rock climbing and skateboarding!!! I’m looking forward to new events being represented in the Olympics , it makes it more interesting to me!!! Congrats to Victor, I figured you knew him, he represented Florida and the USA well! I think you would have done better than you think, and I watched a lot of the performances!! Ok, I try to catch every video you put out, but maybe I missed something 😉, Congratulations ❤️❤️

    I read an article somewhere that breakdancing and baseball were going to start taking alternate turns in the Olympics so baseball will be back in 2028. I guess breaking will be back in 2032???

    I’m 52 so I was a kid when break dancing first began in the late 70’s. I was never a great beak dancer but I could pop lock pretty well. As a kid we would find some big pieces of cardboard & a boom box go to the park & do our thing. If anyone who’s not old enough & want to really know what Breakin was about watch the movie Beat Street (not Breakin or Breakin 2). I honestly don’t know what that woman was doing but it wasn’t Break dancing & looked more like a 5 year old having a tantrum. I did have a chance to see others & they weren’t bad & it’s a shame that all the attention was on her because the truth is you have to be incredibly skilled to break dance.
