The husband was out of his car fighting another man. He's partly responsible for that.

The video is grainy...but it appears the victim's knees locked up and she lost her balance. She fell on her own and wasn't intentionally pushed by the attacker with malice. She should have stayed in her car. This is unfortunate, but the attacker should not be held responsible.

Who started the fight? What was it about? If the suspect started it isn’t he responsible for anything coming out of it?

The homeless person started hitting him in his car. The husband got out of his car because the homeless person was beating him.
