I’m 24 and I’ve been living by myself since I was 15 cause of an awkward and awful family situation, and I was surprised that I knew almost all of those, I just picked them up by being in a position where I had no parent looking over me. Thanks for the ones I did not know, I’ll treasure them greatly
  • @Trytostopmeh
Dude I been taking good 8-10 mile walks lately and I gotta say I’m genuinely impressed at what it’s able to do for you mentally. Like it hits different bro
  • @MasterCraftX8
That egg tidbit in the middle of serious topics was so random lol

WALK, WALK, and WALK! At 41, I couldn’t agree more. Not just for fitness but also mental stimulation. Also a great way to encourage conversation when doing it with other people… Along the same line, STRETCH everyday. Buy a mat and have it ready to go. Doesn’t need to be a intense daily yoga session. Just basic stretching. Does wonders! Great list!

Walking is a good one - at work when I couldn't problem solve something I'd head out for 20 minutes and would always come up with a new approach to try.

Thank you for giving me a new outlook, I took many notes! I’m 24 and just lost the job I had for 5 years. Your words have completely shifted my perspective, in a time where it feels like my world is collapsing around me. Your insight and wisdom truly are making the world a better place!

Starting over at 29, going back to school and trying a new career i had interest in but didnt pursue the first time around. Glad to hear it's never too late! Great advice all around. Ive made all of my best decisions (like this one) on long walks.
  • @nsbogert

  • @metonoma
I'm also 44. If you're an anxious person one of the most helpful insights is that nobody thinks about you and therefore nobody really cares about the things you worry about . People think about their own problems most of the time. If they are judgy all the time, stay away or know they are judging themselves and take it out on you
  • This is probably the most sound advice ive found on youtube. Agree fully with everything especially perception is everything. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge for FREE. You're a blessing to content creation, keep living Sir!
