hey - i know i'm not Hyun, but i think i can help. I had this problem when i started out. The best ways to get your stick figures to look similar is to always use guide lines as he demonstrates. also try drawing your next frame directly on top of the previous one (as a reference to keep body and limb sizes similar) then move your stick-man to the intended spot. i'll make a vid for you if i'm not being clear. good luck mate =D
