    Galvatron has a lot more to work with compared to Metal Cooler, since he has all of the experience of Megatron along with a massive power boost thanks to Unicron. Plus if he has access to the black hole attack that Megatron has then he can easily kill Cooler who has never survived anything close to that since he's never canonically encountered someone who can use Hakai, let alone fought the more powerful versions of Goku or Vegeta unlike his brother.
