About 51 seconds before the show starts. The lights went out and everyone knew John was about to take the stage. JJ Johnson begins with a drum solo, bass and horns follow, then John casually walks out and the crowd goes wild. It's the suspense and anticipation that gets me. The guitar solo at the end is nasty!
