Daniel Warren Johnson is a really good writer. I recently checked out his work on Beta Ray Bill and it was fantastic. I'm glad he's handling Transformers because that title is in good hands with him.

DWJ's Transformers looks AWESOME - they are not boring. That's how the characters are supposed to look - people complaining about G1 is like people complaining about the OG Star Wars movies, or any other OG franchise era. This will be the first Transformers comic I will actively buy ( alongside Void Rivals ) in YEARS.

Sal, keep up these interviews, they sell books! I didn't have Darth Vader Black White and Red #3 on my list for this week, but I made room for it in my comics budget after watching this DWJ interview and bought a copy at my local comic shop. And it's awesome! 😁
