Disneyland Construction Updates & Ride Closures SEPTEMBER 2024

BREAKING UPDATE: Winnie the Pooh and Pooh Corner have disappeared from the refurb calendar starting AUGUST 29th. Crazy! When I filmed this it was all still there on the calendar all the way out to October 4th. This is what I mean when I say the refurb calendar just suddenly updates. And it’s so incredibly frustrating when I’m trying to report accurate information and information changes so frequently that my videos are almost always out of date before I can publish them. But in this instance it’s a good thing.

I'll be going to Disneyland this September after not being there since 2015. Watching your videos to get myself hyped up and prepared 😁

Closing the Trolley makes me so sad. Can’t they find another place to store the Trolleys? What about the Hyperion Theatre 😂

I'm going next week so I'm happy to see that a majority of the rides won't be closed. Also relieved that World of Color will be open while I'm there

We are coming to California from the UK and going to Disneyland/CA on Fri/Sat/Sun 6th-8th September 2024 and these updates are absolutely fantastic and invaluable. Thank you SoCal Disney Dad.

OMG, thank you for all of the closures/reopening dates for all of the rides and pathways and restaurants too! I understand that the rides need maintenance, but there are too many closures, they need to lower the entrance price since so many rides are going down. I wish that the Haunted Mansion would end the virtual queue. Love the Halloween cavalcade, I agree with Amy, I want to be one of Cinderella step sisters. I know that I can be obnoxious all day! So bummed that the Jungle Cruise will be down when I come and even though I’m not a big fan of It’s a Small World, it is a great ride to get out of the heat, great air conditioning. Great updates!

Just FYI, Pixar Pal-A-Round is on refurb calendar for today(8/28) and tomorrow.

The pathway was closed to Rise of the Resistance on August 14 when I visited but was opened on August 20th when I visited for my 2nd day. Somewhere in that 7 day span it opened.

Thanks for the updates! Always good to know for planning trips. Also I really like your American flag Mickey on your door. I just bought a house so definitely need a touch of Mickey here or there!

Thank you for the updates! Seems that no matter when we go there is some kind of construction going on and some attraction is closed. Makes it harder and harder to justify the cost.
