Max. I discovered your channel since you first came to Vietnam. Your Vietnamese competency has improved at a lightening speed that it blows my mind away,. I find it INCREDIBLE that you could actually understand the Hue dialect and carry on a conversation with the local as if you have lived there for a long time. I have not watched many of your videos in the last month or two. So, I have a lot to catch up on now. That last Lady cooking was so Cool. It is nice to see Families and people take Food so serious. When you bring in Grandma or Great Grandma in to cook or prepare the food.. I think we all know it will be so much more Flavor and that home made feeling. Another great video
