    Heather I love the content that you and Mark put up. This is another good sense video, thank you. Some pointers that I will take on board. I've been running for 14 months so still a beginner learning lots. Laughed hard at "the 6:00 lady", her invisibility cloak wasn't working today. Pure gold!

    I started running in December last year and I'm now up to running every 2days usually 5 to 10km. I'm starting your 10wk program to run a half marathon on Monday (I posted on that video too), really excited about it and very grateful for your videos, they really help a 43yo beginner!

  • Thank you for your tips. I believe I had runner's knee and I took your advice about taking rest into consideration. My knee feels alot better now.

    I'm pretty sure that I've made most of these mistakes! I've actually started a YouTube channel documenting my fitness journey with the aspiration of eventually running a half- marathon. Thanks for covering these mistakes I didn't even realize I was making. I'll make some adjustments!
