Yknow, I thought this would turn out to be some generic documentary about physical activity (which still might be), but I'm really digging the concept of exploring the limitations of the aging body and how Hemsworth is really leaning into this with his time despite him being able to do a thousand different things. Might give it a watch

What an incredible series by “Thor”. It does bring forth our own vulnerabilities and yes limits and shows that we can achieve those limits if we really want to. The last episode was the best. Accepting loss, not only other people and loved ones in our life but our own. It brought me to such emotions and tears. Every living thing dies, the big question is, how we deal to accept it. My sweet mother of 90, just recently passed, I still haven’t found the acceptance in dealing with her death. Bravo Chris, well, well done documentary.

I just finished watching Limitless and the last episode had me in tears I was not ready for it 😪🤧😭 especially when his wife surprised him... it was sooooo emotional and sooooo beautiful at the same time 🥰 My respect for Chris Hemsworth grew even more after this series, such an outstanding physical ability he has but he is also brave enough to be vulnerable and open about delicate matters in life I thought it was gonna be mostly about Chris showing off his body and physical ability 😅 but I'm glad it was much more than that I loved how they also introduced us to real inspiring people who have found a way to overcome the hardships they faced in their lives Every single specialist and professional also provided us with awesome facts that we can introduce into our day to day lives I give it a 10/10 💥 totally recommend everyone to watch it cz it literally is about life in general and how we can improve the quality of it rather than the quantity of days we have left
