THE #1 BUFFET IN MYRTLE BEACH!
Today I'm back at the famous Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood Buffet. Before digging into those crab legs, Donna Rebello is going to give me a behind the scenes insight into this awesome place! The restaurant can seat over 1,000 people in 11 individually nautical themed dining rooms, so you'll never need to wait too long to eat the delicious seafood, a large calabash selection, and southern favorites. The crab legs served are the highlight of the dining experience with the Original Benjamin's serving 2,000 pounds per day! With an almost unending amount of food and choices, you won't leave disappointed. Make sure to visit them on your trip to Myrtle Beach, SC!

  • Wonderful video! Well done. Thank you for your kind words. I'm so sorry I missed you, I'm Jimmy Frost the model maker. This restaurant is so amazing, I have just begun my 28th year with them. I have some wonderful surprises coming up! After I finish a huge 'Welcome Home' display for the Vietnam Veterans. Around 40 American designed Helicopters of the Vietnam war are going into this wall hanging. The next suprise....... More Ocean Liners! Just wait till you see these, about 15 more Ocean Liners from the worlds first Ocean Liner, 'Great Western' built in 1837, she crossed the Atlantic Ocean 64 times! To the Queen Mary II. This is the first time I have announced what's coming next. See you soon mates.
  • Hi Mr. Mountain Man, I recently dined at the Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood Buffet on Labor Day! That's my brother and sister's in-favorite seafood dinner on the Grandstrand!

I am sooooo drooling🤤 That is a nice change up from the way you have vlogged them before😉 Love the information on the ships, as I am an old world ship collector myself....Very small compared to what they have there😲 Liked the behind the scenes, and the story behind "Calabash".....Very well done MMM....HOWEVER, I did miss the livestreams this year🐾🦊🐺
  • I loved your video. Original Benjamin's is a tradition for my family also. This year, we are going with more family, and I was searching for a video that would show other food because some have seafood allergies. This is the perfect video. 👌 Thank you!

Oh my MMM, this is by far one of my favourite videos. I felt right at home with the best seafood ever 🍤🍤🦀🦀 All the amazing choices in the buffet looked delicious. And those ship displays are magnificent!!! Now I need a vacation to Myrtle Beach 🏖 😂 Thanks for sharing!
  • Well now aren't you something, getting a personal tour. They need to hire you for commercials. I love the decor of the place and their uniforms are pretty cool. That is very interesting about the model ships. That food looks so good, I could never eat enough to get my money's worth. They have a great variety of food it looks like. I can see why you enjoy going here when you are in the area. The jellyfish tattoo looks pretty painful. Super nice video.

Wow! Very professionally done video. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they link to this video on there website. Still loving the onscreen maps, I feel I could find it if I get to Myrtle Beach. Could you see the water from the resturant?
  • Excellent job on the video why hasn't the Food Network given you your own show yet or the Travel Channel. I mean it this is great work and I definitely want to check out this place when I travel again 😊👍💖 Sea Food is my favorite.

Fellow, if that is your favorite seafood restaurant in MB, you need to walk up the road to the red light. look on the left for Benettes calabash. The Orininal Benjimans is damn near the bottom of seafood restaurants.

This was done so very well MMM! Or should I say M beach M? 😂 I’m so happy you were able to have a behind the scenes tour! As always, I appreciate the maps! If I am ever in that area I will definitely go there. I love the decor. That would be cool to watch the ship builder at work. If you leave hungry from there it’s your own fault! Thank you MMM for a great video, good to see you. Be safe. 🤗🦀🦞🦐👍🏼
  • Back to your favorite place. That food looks so good though. Great interview with the owner. Found a hidden talent, you really did great with terrific questions.
  • Is there wheelchair access? I did not see it, but only steps... Also, does it have the area for little ones to stretch their legs? Planning our first Myrtle Beach Anniversary/family trip in March 2023. I have three teenagers, but I am concerned for a 5 year old.

Can you order from a menu if you don’t want the buffet?
