Recipe and ingredients:
For dough:
4 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
A pinch of salt
120g (3/4 cup) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder
30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Baking pan 28x18cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for 30 minutes

For cherry jam:
500g (3 cups) cherries
60g (4 tbsp) sugar

For cream:
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

    Я покупаю бисквитный шоколадные коржи, 3 штуки в упаковке. Крем такой-же, Чиз. Не так заморочно, но также вкусно. Едим через два дня.
