This is a walk around of our 1969 vintage Winnebago camper restoration which took us about 12 months to do. There are a lot of step by step videos on our Instagram . It’s a 100% ground up restoration of our own style , That we designed specifically for our needs that we’re going to enjoy … keep in mind as we use the camper and see a need for something we might not have we can always customize and add it later or if we don’t see a need for something we’ve built in we can remove and use the space… Being creative with these little campers is part of the fun.

It looks great. Me personally I would rather have a bath room vs open concept JMO

Great job. I LOVE your decision to open the space up, it's so airy and unique. I also like how you saved money where possible, nothing wrong with stained and sealed plywood.

I just had to stop by and say how flicking cool it is that you painted the propane bottle the same Winne stripes! So clean and crisp. Great job and holy crap what a helluva lot of work!!

You did a great job, I like the layout and decor.
  • Nice open concept. This is a first especially for the size! I like the air conditioner setup also! 👍

Very nice. The fridge is awesome, good idea for the AC. I would rather have had a indoor bathroom than a portable toilet, though.
  • I like what you have done with this trailer. I agree with your desire to not cut holes in the roof. No hole, no seam, and no leaks! I also like not having the ac on the roof for 2 reasons. It lowers roof height and clearance. Plus it flat out looks better. Another benefit is it drops the frontal area by between 1 and 2 square feet. That makes a difference for aerodynamic drag. I also like that you do not have a big space gobbled up for a bathroom.

Thanks for the good memories of the good "ole days". My mom and dad had a 70 Santa FE trailer that looked just like that.
