Not for nothing but I just watched an itv piece talking about how people can't afford their rent, their food, their power. So a piece about a woman (seems like a loving, good mom) worried about childcare cost while she is on vacation is a bit tepid, isn't it? Not 100 years ago, their was no such thing as 6 week paid vacation. Count your blessings.

Theres kids starving and you worry of expensive activities.. Sell jewelry and other items you don't need. That's what rest of us do..

What about government child care and also she can and does work from home so getting paid also for looking after kid. This report does say nothing about all the help she could get or is she earning to much money. None of this was ever brought up. Utter bs.

Maybe socialism, running great public services and taxing the rich with redistribution of wealth isn’t a bad idea. We should try implementing this economic model.
