Watching that record breaking lap, I just realized how scary quick that was. Also, with the silence, you actually get to hear quite a lot of things.

Incredibly proud and excited to showcase the track potential of Tesla platforms with Rory Reid and Auto Trader UK. Being able to set the EV lap record alongside Rory made for an electrifying close to our filming together. Great driving Rory & Craig! There is still a lot more potential for even faster laps with Dark Helmet and our Tesla tuning programs! Next up Pikes Peak International Hill Climb here we come!

This was an awesome time! Big congrats to Unplugged Performance for the crazy fast lap record! I wish I didn't have older Pilot Sport 4S tires on that day, it would have been very interesting to see how a set of the Z07 package Pilot Cup 2 R tires would have done...overall epic day!!!

I was just amazed to see a NASCAR driver turning right! 😂 Kidding, great runs from everyone! Rory has picked up some skills since I saw him last.

Like Rory said, the tires make all the difference. "Comparing" two cars, one with and one without slicks, really biases things. Also, the more turns there are, the more that driver skill matters - the same driver should drive both, removing yet another difference and making it more of a true comparison between to specific cars. That said, for a shot at the lap record, nothing matters but the time.

Unplugged’s kit is great. I put their coil overs, sway bars, and lightweight wheels on my model 3 and it substantially improved the ride in both performance and comfort. Awesome video Rory.
