My grandfather lived in Key West for over 60 years. He used to tell me how he would go exploring the mangroves on his little skiff and would find hidden ways into them. He said that there were times that they would lead to openings where there would be deeper pools where you could catch, or spear, nice groupers and snappers. I'm happy to finally see it happen. Thank you.

Good stuff, 1990's I snorkeled the mangroves in Cuba, while sailing from Havana to Maria Gorda, water was crystal clear, no one, no buildings in sight. Born, raised in Sarasota, Fl, Cracker, been going to the Keys since 1970. Mad respect for your skills, and your respect for the critters you harvest. So good you are schooling new little gromets as we used to call them, to respect the water and things that swim below. Cheers, P.S.
