We finished the 13B drift trike! This week was all about painting welding and putting all of the finishing touches on the RX-7 rotary drift trike. This is the most wild drift trike we have ever seen!

  • Badass guys!! Still waiting on that full send video now that its really finished and has the welded rear differential and a fresh rebuild on the engine. Can't wait to see more of this.

As an automotive painter for over 20 years I can attest to how good Duplicolor self etching primer is. I have used it extensively and have nothing but success with it. I have nothing to gain by making this claim other than helping people out. Edit: I don’t mean that it is the best product for every situation. But for a rattle can primer, it’s the best I’ve found. It dries fast and is very sandable.

Pro tip: use gaffer’s tape to mask surfaces from sand/media blasting. It is stronger and doesn’t leave as much (if any) adhesive residue. I have 5 years of aircraft parts processing experience and assure you, I have tested MANY masking materials for almost any parts finishing/preparation process and Gaffer’s is gold

One of the most unique builds y’all have tackled. Glad to see it get wrapped up. Colours are on point! Need the iron man helmet to drive it
  • Absolutely love the build but I would recommend looking for a custom triple tree online, they make them for dirt bike to atc conversion kits and essentially just spreads out the front forks to fit a wider front wheel and it'll make a nice difference in safety and high speed stability, will also allow you to float over bog and sand easier without trenching and will make it better in snow... not to mention overall look imo... Anyways I love the build just thought I'd offer my suggestion:)
  • What the hell is happening guys? It’s been 8 months. We’re still waiting on an update on this.
  • I LOVE seeing channel’s like this evolve into amazing things and watch the people grow there skills with amazing projects over time!

I've always loved this build, good work! A hitch with a hitch carrier setup would be awesome.

Always love watching and listening to the tunes. So we’ll edited guys. Ethan is an artist, through and through. Amazing amazing work.
  • Out of all the channels i follow, this is my number one pick. I ALWAYS look forward to Friday to see the new videos.
  • I binge watched all of your guys' builds in the last few days and I absolutely love it all

What an amazing frame! And an amazing machine, well done chaps. 👏
  • @BackwoodBassHunter
Your work just keeps getting better and BETTER. Hell yeah man!! You are a true tinkerer!! And a master fabricator.
  • I know you were concerned about a cable snapping and you losing steering, but have you ever thought of replacing the cables with either threaded rod, or just 1/4 inch solid rod with threads cut into the ends to accept the heim joints?

Rotary is one of those units that sounds awesome no matter how crappy it actually runs. Looking forward to the full send.

Some of the ridiculous stuff you guys do just breaks my brain. Using the frame to route coolant surprised the hell out of me. I've seen a lot of your builds and some of your solutions make me wonder why you haven't been approached to open a custom bike and rod shop! Keep innovating guys, you're killing it!

This is incredible work! The fact that you assembled that from scratch and it's been realized is 🤯 Great build series, thank you!
