  • This is the most important thing of all. Water is all I drink! Our skin reflects what we put in it. You can eat food that causes inflammation or causes overproduction of sebum etc. I advocate for great nutrition as our first line of defense to prevent premature aging. Thanks for including this before all!

    Great list doc, i love them all. And eat them in one or another form, every day. My favorite berries with fresh made raw almonds milk . And i buy almonds from Spain or Italy. They have real great flavor and non irradiated . California almonds are too sweet, no real flavor and all US nuts are irradiated😔 Love beets. I use them in fresh veggie juice, beet salad or just capsules or powder. And kale is great addition to berry smoothies. I also love kale spinach soup with coconut milk. Have a blessed day🙏🧡

    Everyday I make a smoothie with 1cup blueberries, half a banana, 1/4 tsp spirulina, half cup vanilla yogurt and 1 cup oat milk. It’s delicious 🤤

  • Great video. I eat everything you listed on a consistent basis. Love beets! I started taking bee pollen every morning because of all the benefits. Also like taking a tsp or tbsp of olive oil in the morning. And drinking fenugreek tea.
