One of my favorite places to visit several times a year at least. Restaurants are great, antiques, coffee shops, shopping, the architecture of the homes is really cool. I hope to live there one day.

I was fortunate enough to live in Lambertville just outside of downtown on 179 and it truly is a special place to live. The shops, the people, the river, and at Christmas time it really is a beautiful place to celebrate the holidays. New Hope across the bridge is quite a fun town sadly over the years (when I was there) it really began to attract more of a tourist type people that really didn't appreciate the town for what it had to offer, it was only busy at the bars along main street. All in all its a beautiful place to live and if you fancy a wonderful drive head towards the quiet little town of Frenchtown along the river.

I grew up in Lambertville and yes, it's an awesome wonderful place that lives in my memories and I wish to return some day. Across the river from Lambertville, a short walk to New Hope over the bridge, is another wonderful magical place. I recall walking over to New Hope most every weekend enjoying the unique shops and eclectic fun very alive artsy atmosphere.

How come you didn't mention New Hope, PA on the other side?
