Always nice to give the salmon a little taste of a 6 foot cedar log during the dispatch process. Flavor really comes out during the grilling process.
  • Melt stick of butter, sour cream, and some lemon juice. All to taste. Place red onion rings on salmon fillets, pour sauce over fillet, shredded sharp cheddar cheese sprinkled over salmon, cook at 350 for about 35 minutes or until done. Taste great with halibut as well ✌🏼🍣🎣!

Sam was on fire! Nice to see him take his time and enjoy the fight. Poke bowl looked good. Never seen the fish cooked before but totally understand being careful. Good job Jon.

I was cringing just as you said that when you were taking out the belly bones 🤣 good video bro keep them up! Y’all need to try and dry some salmon strips, I make the strips blade thickness and season with Montreal steak and put them on a rack to dry overnight with a fan on them. Usually takes a day to dry but damn good to snack on! 🔥🤙🏽

Awesome poke recipe. Would love to see you guys travel to Hawaii and do some catch and cooks!
  • Great tip on the Custom Seafoods processing center. I've had fished processed there before, great place. Did not know about the afterhours drop off. This will help with possession Issues. Thanks

Take the filet. put on 2 layers of tin foil. cut up some green onion, cilantro, garlic, 1-2 Thai peppers, lemon grass, salt & black pepper. Add water to cover fish. Fold the tin foil to keep all the steam inside to cook the fish. Place tinfoil over the stove top at medium-low level. Simple but very tasty. Hmong style
  • Jon I’ve been trying to get you to grill some salmon on a brown paper bag on the grill and show everyone that it tastes way better grilled instead of in a pan or the oven!! I’ll just put a little salt and pepper on the fish and when all done put some fresh lemon on the fish along with a little bit of BBQ sauce brushed on the fish Wright before it is done!! Definitely one of my favorite ways to eat salmon!!! When my better half and I went to the big ten tournament in Chicago we ate at a seafood restaurant and I had seen they had bbq salmon grilled I was definitely skeptical of trying some but after trying it oh it’s definitely my top 3 ways to eat salmon for sure!!!

What this Canadian does with his rainbows and salmon out of the great lakes. Oiled baking sheet Lemon pepper Salt Then I put brown sugar and maple syrup in a glass bowl microwave for 30sec to a minute and mix it really good. Put mix on fillet bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy.
