I totally agree. My mom had her marriage until death due part and remain her feminine self, strong, determined and family focused. My dad was the head of the house and never degraded her about lacking. He provided and gave. #MydaddyPouredIn

I’m a woman whom whole heartedly agree with the Bishop. With that being said, society & social media have painted this picture of allowing women to believe they don’t need a man. Well, I need a real man, yes I can do a lot for myself, however, that doesn’t mean that a real man is not needed. All of this craziness about high value men & women is such a toxic belief. This competition between men and women about who makes the most money. What happens when the money runs out after you’ve put all of your worth into the value of your dollar?

A women that is self sufficient is not her being a man. Wtf happened to being a responsible human being? Being a responsible human being is not about gender or gender roles. The reason why these speech’s are so attractive is because he presents a sense of order and construct that people feel they are lacking in their live. It feels good when someone tells you that you’re not to blame for your life. It’s Adam or Eve or some godly or ungodly entity that has brought this to you. It doesn’t cause you to reflect on who you are but who has done what to you. On Father’s Day he’s talking about women. That should say something to you right there.

I LOVE THIS! You cannot get order back unless it hurts. And that’s not directed towards women. Men and Women have to be told the truth so we can change our paths to become the people we were predestined to be. Put it back in order God!

It is the truth. However, the men started to fail us, especially our black woman. They refuse step it up and be a provider, a friend, that kind of guy that supports and always in our corner. They abandoned us, say do it yourself! So, we did and became hard and while our men became soft, complacent and content with us doing it all! God help us!

At least he didn’t ignore the reason why some women would rather be a independent career woman than be a wife. He said “your like that because we hurt you”. So many people only address one side.

It is the truth! Let us address what has become.

No one should be offended. Accept the rebuke and make changes and move on, be better and do better. I see no lies, women have been too masculine for a long time. Let's put down this burden, its too heavy and it was never made for us to bear.
