    This is not just cuisine, it is an art. I think the chef has as much fun creating, as the customer enjoys being there. Such places are extremely rare in the US. I very much miss places like these from my past visits to Japan. Someday I will return again. Japanese know food culture, and it is fantastic from the cheapest to the expensive. The experience itself is a big part of the food.

    @T-BOX Japan Just stick to Japanese cuisine and you will be fine. If you try to show any western cuisines in Japan that are not authentic, you will be laughed at like a clown.
