Trick or Treat in New Albany is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 31, from 4-6 pm. Due to COVID-19, groups of more than ten people are still not permitted. If you plan to take part, we encourage you to watch this video with your family to learn some important safety tips from New Albany Police Officer Leland Kelly. Things my family didn't do: -wear a mask😭 -look both ways before crossing the street😭 -walk not run😭 -reach into a bag of candy😭 -go to a house with the lights off (we got in so much trouble😭)
