  • Most people are clueless about this. It’s because people don’t get any financial education or they’re too busy swimming out from debt that they can’t notice what’s going on. The middle class is shrinking faster than ever and the wealth gap is expanding. It’s not your fault the system works this way. But knowing this and doing nothing about is not allowed on my watch. I’m hosting a free live training showing you how to make money by re-renting properties. You can do everything from home without ever buying a property. DM me “Bridge” for a free spot.
  • You forgot to mention that foreigners from other countries like China and Saudi Arabia buy up a lot of properties in America. Countries who hate America should not be allowed to buy properties in America. Rich investors buy up too many properties, too, and rent them out. There is a lot of greed in real estate.

Numbers are wrong, median homebuyer age is 36 now, and 24-26 in 1960. This isn’t an informative video it’s a sales funnel
  • I work as an engineer in the states and I can’t even afford a home. I should have listened to my counselors and have chosen a degree that actually makes decent money such as getting both a medical doctor degree and a law degree and being a doctor and lawyer full time.

What happens once a job and a side hustle isn’t enough? Then what do people do?
  • @SweetPlain
Why are you making money from courses if you are already rich from real estate

Not all of the info is right also the housing market and rental market have two options 1. Have the market crash which causes reduced prices. 2. Reduce the need for requirements to rent and own a house. If neither are done the US government will have a massive homeless population which will not be good
