When you notice your mental health declining, do one small thing that brings you peace. take a shower, text a loved one, step outside. one little step is all you need to remind yourself that this is not permanent.

    Hey beautiful girl... We all go through the bad phases of life.. This is the life itself...but you should face it with courage... it's all our mind which makes us unhappy and depressed....watch some "Buddha's quotes" videos on YouTube and definitely you will feel better... remember - pain is temporary... Time will heal every wound...

    What you say to yourself... the way you talk to yourself... is like programming yourself. It's called the law of attraction. You attract what you think. So by doing this video and proclaiming your thoughts, you are actually doing a form of the law of attraction. It may or may not be true for yourself, but you are making it true by what you practice on. When you think negative thoughts, it's like a kind of visualization... Your expectations become what you visualize or you practice on. So make sure you practice on the right things. Catch yourself, when you are saying negative things to yourself.. and change them in that moment. Why you say to yourself ... I am sad all the time, its only going to emphasize how sad you feel. So try to say the opposite. but also try to feel it... feel the happiness. The law of attraction works by visualization and repetition. Whatever you practice at, you're going to get good at... So make sure you practice positive things and think positive thoughts. But what happens when it seems you cannot control those negative thoughts?? You actually can... everyone can. If you can catch yourself in that moment with that negative thought... try to turn it around. So when you say to yourself, that you're actually sad... turn it around and say no.. screw that.. I'm happy! I can fix things... I can be happy and I am happy. The more you can counteract your own thoughts, it makes it easier to turn things around. The way the law of attraction works is ... find out what you're missing in life. If it's a life partner... then practice on what it would be like to have that partner. Put yourself in to that alignment... How would it feel to have that person.. to be right next to that person... Feel those thoughts. Like really feel how good it would be. This is a form of positive visualization and puts you in to the mind frame of being with that person. As your mind thinks, your body follows, but it takes time and hard work. As you get more and more in to alignment with what you want, by feeling it and living it in your own mind, this creates an environment where you can actually accept that type of person in to your life. You never worry if it's ever going to come. As soon as you start worrying that it may not happen for you, or will never happen for you, catch your thoughts.. and go back to thinking how good it feels to be with that person you will eventually love... What you'd do.. how you'd feel. Really feel those feelings. As you put yourself in to this alignment, it's only a matter of time before it happens. And it will happen sooner then you think. Your next task is to find your passions in life... you need to find things that when you wake up in the morning, you automatically do. Not something you're just good at... but something that makes you feel really good and complete. Look for hobbies or things that you like to do.. and go out there and experience those hobbies or loves. As you do, you'll start to meet people and when you do, your life mate is waiting somewhere down the line... So put yourself in to the proper alignment to meet that person when they come. This is not wishful thinking. If you think that way, you are going with that alignment... and it will happen. You have to believe that this will happen and your mind will subconsciously work your way towards those goals. Then you have to physically get out there and try your hobbies and enjoy your passions. As people start to see your passions... they may fall in love with you.. and around that corner is your life mate :) Sometimes you may feel so sad, that you have to fake it to make it. It doesn't matter. Just start getting used to practicing positive things and visualizing things that make you happy. Just remember. Put yourself in alignment with what you want. Visualize and feel how it would be to have that life mate... feel the feelings of love... how they look.. how they turn you on, how they inspire you... And then go about your passions in life and you will eventually attract many of those people in life. Then you get to the hardest part about the law of attraction. You have to learn to accept the gifts the universe brings What you may find that as you learn to visualize and grow.. you achieve many things. And as things get better, they start coming in to your life, but at those times, you are already visualizing many more complex things that you need... and it sometimes can prevent you from accepting the gifts of the things you've already wished for. So then you start to learn how to accept these gifts! Anyways... to anyone reading this.. happy new year. Make it the best for yourself.. and put your mind in the correct alignment for anything you need in life. And do the hard work and it will come. I promise!
  • In today's world being good or nice is a crime, people will always take advantage of you if you'll be good to them. So you need to do your mental make up so well that you are not affected by any of these people. Don't let negativity ruin your spirit. Happy new year 2022
