Quick tip. Stop using your real name on accounts that you use for things you'd rather not be connected to. Or just stop using your real name in general.
  • There was that old internet etiquette we were taught back in 2000s about being careful on what you put out on the internet. Looks like nobody got the same topic back in school.

"one day her boss came across these old pictures accidentally" yeah right, bet he straight up searched for them on purpose and went like "pfft i randomly found these"

Mark my words - this is going to be a huge channel!!

Every time I watch a video like this, I regret having ever created my social media accounts. The internet memory is scary, and the data brokers scarier. It astounds me that private information, including contact details and residential addresses of the common public in the US is so easily available to absolutely anyone and everyone! No wonder stalking and killings are getting easier by the day! Very informative video and nicely presented, deserves way more than just the current 15k subscribers. Subscribed! Oh and you really do look and sound like Charlie Puth :D

After watching the movie "the social dilemma". I totally agree that privacy is a luxury in today's time. People who achieved fame know this better than those who are chasing it. And I'm glad that now your channel exists which can educate and help more people on this topic.

Even fake information put online by people that want to embarrass you or harm your reputation stays online forever unless YOU go and personally fight to get it removed. It can be harder than eliminating factual data, sometimes requiring a court order!
  • I feel like a posh, British 17-year-old in a suit with a concerned avuncular energy is not only far smarter than me when it comes to all internet related things, but is, well, frankly a little disappointed in my life choices... but still here to guide me. Thanks uncle-kid-dude. Subscribed.
  • It's crazy how hard Facebook and other social media make it so hard to delete your accounts.. it's dystopian really

Learning more about internet privacy is always time well spent. Glad this channel brings that subject to light. Keep it up! I'll be waiting for future videos!

This kid is great!! I'm too old to have that much of a footprint but I am sure that all my snarky comments and channels and stories I love can easily paint a picture of me. Keep up the great work and I too believe this will become a very popular channel.

I just found my new favorite channel on the online jungle that is YouTube. The "how to disappear completely" video introduced me to you. Absolutely brilliant!
  • @Wolf_Motivation
YouTube recommendation is really getting better.. great content man, love from India
  • @nickwyatt9498
Just watched (and commented on) How to Disappear, and now this. You're channel's a real find although I'm daunted by just how much data they have on us out there, how far back it goes, and how difficult it is to extricate yourself. Still, for videos of kittens playing the piano, personal privacy is a small price to pay! Looking forward to more of your stuff.
