I very much love your videos Tran. They show almost exactly how to build in Vietnam soft soil. 👍🌟‍‍👍‍‍ In Sweden we build very different. Most often it is granite rock ground here and we need to blast with Dynamite to get a plain surface to build on. Then on top of that we place 300mm insulation and put a 100mm concrete slab with heating pipes inside, on top of the insulation. The walls have to have 300mm insulation, and the roof have to have 500mm insulation. All this thick insulation because the winter commonly get -40C cold for 2-3 months, and to keep the environment free from pollution from coal and oil-burners, etc, and to keep the heating costs down, for example electricity bills. Most commonly used heating systems since ca 60-70 years is heat-pumps. We drill a Diameter 100mm hole, around 100-150meter deep in the rock-ground, and use the heat in the ground like a backwards air-conditioner.
