Part-time RVing DEMANDS a meal prep strategy that simplifies the camping experience and minimizes stress! Opting for one-pot or easy-to-assemble dishes to simplify cooking and minimize cleanup is good way to make things easy. But also doing things like making a list of how many meals you plan to prepare while you're away, checking off items you already have in your pantry to transfer to the RV, and buying pre-chopped ingredients can help with NOT showing up to your campsite unprepared! Nobody wants to wonder what's for dinner when you get there! With careful planning, you can enjoy the trip more & minimize the need to eat out unexpectedly on your adventure! Hopefully these things I do can help your trip go more smoothly as well.

Glad you tackled this subject . I make some meals at home and freeze then either microwave or re-Heat in a double boiler . Great for travel days . I also prep chicken by washing and cutting up so I don’t have that mess in the camper
