I wish more of the games had unique fortress boss theme. The one from MM3 and especially the Weapons Archive theme from MM10 were outstanding.

Mega Man 3 by far is a perfect description of a boss battle theme. The first few seconds depicts that danger is coming then dread afterwards...

I really liked Megaman 4's soundtrack. I think I just really like Megaman 4 in general, it's not overly difficult, there are some memorable robot masters and there's the slide and charge shot included.
