im not rly a podcast girly but this podcast is genuinely so entertaining for me that i find myself putting it on whenever i have the chance... each episode keeps getting better and better and i love how natural it is for you guys to keep the conversation flowing! also i get that the hate comments do affect people more, which is totally human and normal, but i hope you guys know that the loudest voice in the room isnt necessarily the right opinion and you guys are lidwally KILLING IT <3 cant wait for the next episode :)

Ashley, make sure you mention your head pounding to your doctor. It's probably nothing to worry about but there are several other causes that could be serious but mostly, easily treated. I mention this because, I had a minor stroke several years ago, which luckily caused minimal damage. My sister also had a benign brain tumor called a meningioma that gave her headaches. They removed it and she was completely fine. It's actually pretty common in women. Very unlikely that you have either condition but you definitely want to mention this to a doctor.
