  • Hey, Jen. I'm also looking forward to reading "The Nature of Disappearing." I fell in love with Kimi Cunningham Grant after reading "These Silent Woods." She does write beautifully, and her characters are so realistic and so human. I listened to "Listen for the Lie" on audiobook a couple weeks ago. You've heard correctly: It's a terrific audiobook, with several actors reading the lines. I had to return it to the library before I finished, though, and ended up ordering a hardback copy of the book (a used Book of the Month copy) because I couldn't wait to read how it ended. Thanks for the info on NetGalley. Funny, but I looked into it just this weekend.
  • Thanks for doing this video! I have heard youtubers talk about net galley but had no idea it was a public thing. Wow! How exciting! I always enter to win giveaways on goodreads and storygraph, but rarely win. I will check this out. 😊

Thanks for posting this. I haven't updated my profile since I started, so this reminded me to edit my genre preferences, etc. If you want to buddy read The Last One, let me know - I have a physical copy of that one on my shelves. The audio of Listen for the Lie is really well done, so I hope you can get that format.
  • Best wishes with what you are reading. I'm currently on about page 760 of the Count of Monte Cristo. Some way to go yet. Happy reading!
