  • Sam Burgess just basically said what everyone else wouldn’t have said and fronted up to the crap he dealt with he should be praised
  • @handsolo1209
IMO Sam was a better RL player than Sonny Bill Williams and could have been a better Union player than him too, but was rushed in to the England set up and used as the whipping boy for the mistakes and shortcomings of others. Imagine if they had done the same thing to Jason Robinson a few years earlier.

Did Andy Goode really just pretend he's anything but the greatest player ever ?
  • Imagine what Sam would have achieved with England if he stuck around for the Jones era?
  • @Gary-n
Found the Mike Ford emoji 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍

Fair play Andy. Straight from the shoulder, and everyone knows where they are with you, whether they like it or not. NOBODY knows where they stand with a liar. Respect to you man. Stay safe.

Mike Ford, George Ford and his brother disliked this video
  • @fleshen
Loved the Sam interview was very eye opening and I think he was truthful just like Andy is being here! I hope a few more come out!

as a welshman Im so pleased that his transition was cocked up.....as a 18 stone 6ft 5 inch centre who could step and move at speed he would have become a world class RU player had he remained fit......great athlete and bloke
  • @johnnyutah999
Goode is a straight up guy. Fair play on this! Sam Burgess is a legend!
  • @gholfin2124
Fair play Goodey, great honesty from you. Gary Gold should have pulled the rug from under Ford during that meeting it sounds like ford didn’t care and gold apologising for him, wtf!! No wonder burgess left in the manner he did and the press said that hooper wouldn’t allow Sam to say goodbye to the other players....as a Bath fan, the future doesn’t look great right now. Fair play to Sam for speaking up, what a loss to union he was
  • @Benboy1980
After the Burgess interview and hearing what Andy has to say....its pretty damning about Ford Senior. Thank goodness we have Eddie Jones
  • @devout666
Remember seeing a Sky Sports News interview with Mike Ford at Toulon and he came across as a snake then. Rugby has become far too much like Football. All I hear on the pod is how much bloody money players are on.
  • @poiu77
I dont know why sam is made a scapegoat for the 2015 failure, England were beating wales when he went off, and he was covering gaps and making tackles, sam came in 2014-2015 season, not long enough to learn union, but still he should be made a scape goat, i think he played very well

As a Welshmen i'e got no skin in this game, I was stood in the fan zone at Twickenham on that RWC night. It was obvious Burgess was a class above. The way Mike Ford treated him, and his son is disgraceful and their actions comments following the loss tell you everything about those men.

Mass exit from Leicester, or Ford leaves after 1 season.
  • @assess1973
Mike ford lied to my face. As an England coach I couldn’t be honest with him.
