    Now that Studebaker is just what I love in a truck....simple and utilitarian! Perfect example of what is wrong with current manufactures... all glitz but no simplicity.
  • I would buy the Studebaker today, in a heart beat. I like those kick out, fresh air vents under each turn signals. It's not that windy here in Philly.

    Back in NYC about 20 years ago there were a pair of Mini Cooper pickup "trucks" that were used to promote Red Bull. I thought they were very practical.

    I wish the Chevy truck came out in production.I would have been a buyer one of them.And it would've been nice if it was a extended cab that would have really been sharp

    that stufrbaker cabover is what i wish somebody like nissan would make today. a CCLB full sized cab over truck with a 155" theelbase instead of a 172. Doesn't sound like much difference but one is very easy to back into tight parking spaces and the other is a PITA.

    1) The Baker. That is where it would have ended up as a fleet truck for Companies. And no, it would have not saved them either. 2) The Jimmy Transcent. One. Not in that color. A bench seat is preferred most of the time. 3) Isuzu Como. They went too far away from what people wanted in a truck. It was however, Rear-Wheel-Drive. Maybe if it had been a car concept. 4) Citron Whatever. At least this is better than the Honda Ridgeline as it is actually a Rear-Wheel-Drive vehicle. It only has an inline Four, but so does the Toyota RAV4. Maybe if it had looked better. (I would definitely take it over the Honda.) 5) The only thing wrong with this big truck is that Americans don't equate power of any kind with a six-cylider engine. (I know what it is capable of, but most don't take time to use their brains to think, and that was the time this started. Dodge should have proved what the truck could do visually. Then this would have worked.) Signed-Richard.
