It took a while for Mnet's "UNPRETTY RAPSTAR" winner to release a new song. Once you listen to her music, you'll understand what too her so long. Cheetah's new song is far from being "just trendy". It is well-made, representing her identity, and the intense music video wouldn't have worked for anyone else but Cheetah herself.

The hybrid hiphop number "Catharsis" will remind you of a wild cheetah sprinting through the fields of Africa. As the title suggests, this song will make you feel the catharsis, from Cheetah "living life to the fullest." The title song "My Number" is filled with beats that are strong and catchy, but emotional and delicate at the same time. The song shares stories of Cheetah, as a rap star and celebrity, in different numbers.

Am I like the only person who never dislikes a video on youtube . I mean even if I hate a video I just leave and dont comment , but I guess i am in the minority , anyway I like this song and I love Cheetahs attitude cause she DGAF !

What's with all the negs in the comment section. This was FIIIIERCE. Cheetah slayed it! I really loved her rap, the mv was nice too but HER RAP was what made it amazing.

I'm in love with this chick. She's not the average "rapper" you see from idols or pop girl groups......I love how unique she looks/sounds, ffs PLEASE do a song with Jessi so i can die happy. It's so rare to find rapers in the K-pop world who look/sound different than the typical pop shit you see. I'm not dogging other rappers, i mean I'm a fan of some of the pop-rappers who aren't all that unique, but the kind of stuff you see with Jessi and Cheetah just warms my heart xD xD

watched her live at my first khiphop concert when i was in seoul. seeing her tear up (she joked that the event, called The Cry, was making her cry lol) from the support everyone was giving her was such an experience. i thought she would give off a dive vibe on stage, but she completely embraced the audience and gave such attention to her hardcore fans in the front; kissing banners, taking gifts, waving into cameras, etc. it was amazing. she was touched by us but i was more touched by her, how she's rising so quick but still taking time to appreciate the things that are helping her.
